Maria Raczka is a former international artist, editor/published writer, and educator with a Doctorate from the University of Rochester, an M.A. from Northwestern University, and a B.A. from De Paul University. Her experience and extensive accomplishments in writing, grant strategy/compliance/fundraising, and nonprofit operations ensure a creative and strategic approach. As a writer and an artist, she reaches beyond telling stories and instead creates experiences that win funding for notable causes, partners, the arts, and nonprofits.

Maria’s extensive public speaking, fundraising, and leadership track record as the Director of Operations and Creativity prepared her for the content strategy/coordinator and educator roles. Previously, she taught at S.U.N.Y., Geneseo, and the University of Rochester. As the grant strategist for IT Innovation with a multi-million dollar winning record, she invests her spare time as an editor/journalist/fundraiser devoted to nurturing diversity, human rights, and positive social change.
